Congrats on the healthy weight loss! You’re going to feel great on your wedding day!!!  I bet it would be really good for prewedding jitters to add an extra run in a few times a week.

Maybe you could bring some bananas, carrots, and whole wheat pretzels to work?  That way you’ll have sweet, crunchy, and salty stuff on hand in place of the junk food people bring.
