Unless you have giant feet normally, I think you might look a little silly in actual men’s shoes. Keep in mind it’s not just the length, but also the width and size of opening, that differentiates men and womens’ shoes.

Here are some manly-looking lady shoes that might look nicer than actual men’s shoes. They shouldn’t be too hard to match. They arent cheap, unfortunately. But they’re pretty. http://www.onlineshoes.com/womens-vintage-shoe-company-aubrey-chocolate-harness-p_id266116?adtrack=nextag&term=Women%27s+Vintage+Shoe+Company+Aubrey&offer=

What about Chuck Taylors? I know they’re a little cliche in some places, but you can get mens and womens for about $40 apiece.

ETA: These are about half the price, and IMO will go with your dress even better! http://www.endless.com/dp/B004H51Honeymoon4/ref=asc_df_B004H51Honeymoon41886204?tag=nextagus0049797-20&creative=395033&linkCode=asn&creativeASIN=B004H51Honeymoon4

I wore VANS shoes– they have mens/womens & unisex styles– lots of colors too!

Can you try finding a cheap version in black and white and then try doing  a DIY on it and dye the white part ivory. On the other hand,  I dont think your guests will get a close enough look at the shoe to notice that it doesnt match the dress. I know people that blend white and ivory in their wedding palette and it looks just fine.
