I am having a similar problem and have not found anything that works! My dress is a crepe fit and flare with a v-neck and lower back. I’ve looked everywhere and so far have had no luck in finding shapewear. Hoping someone chimes in with a good resource!

This is the best I’ve found http://dmondaine.com/collections/full-body/products/rita-low-back-front-contouring-slip

I haven’t tried it on but someone else on the bee suggested it for my pronovias Irune dress

I think bridal salons should carry these specific shapewear needs and have recommendations for each dress, with actual shapewear that exists, because we see this over and over again.

Wish I had a rec other than clear straps.

I purchased a thong strapless bodysuit (shapewear) with a low back.  It has a snap crotch – thank goodness because I have a small bladder..LOL!!  I read all the reviews and as long as you are not taller than 5’7″ it fits well.  I am 5’6″ and it fits me perfectly.  http://www.herroom.com and then look in shape wear.  I think I found them thru amazon using the tag low back shapewear.  Sorry – I could not find a picture of the back.

sivette30 :  I am also interested in the power mesh!

So far, I found Spanx capris in nude that seemed to work okay with my dress. No lines were visible and they smoothed everything out. The woman at the dress shop said it’s possible to have them sewn in. Not sure how I’d go to the bathroom without taking my dress off tho …
