When I bought my e-ring, I didn’t think about how “low” the center setting was. It doesn’t sit on top of the band but instead comes down and sticks out on both sides. It sort of jutts out. I’m realizing that a traditional wedding band wont sit flush against my e-ring! If I get one that molds to my e-ring I feel like it will look more like the band has a chip or dent in it because the space to mold around is so small.
Anyone else have this problem? Suggestions?

You might want to talk to a jeweler about having a band custom made to fit with your ring. Mine flairs out a bit around my centre diamond as well, so I had to have a band made. It cost about $800 and took about 3 weeks. It fits perfectly snug, no gaps, no issues.

What kind of band do you have? Does it have stones on it? 800 is more than my e-ring cost, so I’m really hoping to keep it under that!

I ordered my wedding band yesterday and he said with sapphires replacing the diamonds mine will be $650. Here’s a link to my post so you can see what mine will look like (not my ring but same engagement ring setting). He said he could make something simpler for less money too. Mine will take two and a half to three weeks too.
