I’d say reprint them… ๐Ÿ™‚  Are you planning to invite all the guests to the cookout, or just a select few?

I think you should just go with your original plan’s for the cake reception.  It sounds like a lot of driving around… ceremony, reception site, then grandma’s house?  I wouldn’t want to go to all those places.

Etiquette dictates that if you have two venues, it should be two RSVP’s.  If you are planning to go ahead with the cake reception plus the cookout,  I would print a separate RSVP for the cookout.  This would be beneficial to you later on if you or your grandmother would want a head count of who is coming to her house.

If you don’t need a head count for your cookout, you don’t have to do an RSVP for it.  You can just have an enclosure card with the cookout information.

Good luck! ๐Ÿ™‚

The info above sounds perfect!  Covers all the basics ๐Ÿ™‚

We are also having an afterparty following our reception. But I opted not to do RSVP’s for them because I don’t really need an initial head count ๐Ÿ™‚

Good luck to you!
