I was wondering if anyone had any photos of, or great ideas about how to decorate the card and guest book tables? I don’t want to go over the top but I am abit nervous that they are going to look abit bare. I have the actual guest book and card box, its just the bits and bobs to go on the table next to them. I love seeing all the nik naks at other peoples weddings but I am just no good at doing it myself :(.
Also, I hope everyone is having as much fun planning their wedding as me, I wish I could do this for a living as I can’t get enough of it!!!! 🙂

We used fresh flowers for the gift table (left top photo). We did a few larger vases filled with hydrangeas and some smaller vases as well with single small roses.
I know several couples that decorated this area with wedding photos of their grandparents, aunts and uncles and parents. I think that is a really cute idea as well.

@tronski: An idea I’ve seen a lot that I think I want to use is having framed photographs of your grandparents and/or parents at their weddings (if they’re still together, or if they’ve passed away and had been married for many years). If that doesn’t work, you could put some framed photos of you and your Fiance together!

I saw this idea somewhere out in the world and decided to copy it for the guest book table. It was VERY easy — just chalkboard paint on the wine bottle labels and a chalk marker for the letters.

Thanks for all your great ideas :). I do think the family wedding pics are a great idea but my parents are divorced, not really a hige issue but just doesnt feel right as my mum is remarried but dads not.
Also, I am having some flowers on the card table, just not loads – for some reason, wierdly enough it has never occured to me to do it all with flowers!
I am loving the big letters though! I have only really seen them in white, but that is a fab idea 🙂 Also loving the bottles!!!!
We don’t have a wedding theme but our colours are like pale pink, pale purple, silvery colours.
Thanks for all your help, think I am def going to use these ideas 🙂
