Hi fabo Weddingbees,
So here is the quick version story….. venue will supply white folding chairs for the reception and cermony. Reception will be held under a white elegant tent. The only eye sore are these cheap looking white folding chairs. I’ve seen the standard chair covers. However, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to make a unique or creative inexpensive chair cover.
Any ideas would be great. Please help.

DIY chair covers
welcome to weddingbee — this site has a great google search box (I just found that thread in all of like … 3.5 seconds), which is one of the things I love about being here. Easily accessible information!

I’m dealing with the same issue and was a liittle worried about it. However, yesterday I went to check out my venue and they had it all set up…with the white folding chairs. It actually looked okay once it was with white tablecloths, flowers on table, and place setting. I’m thinking about buying some ribbon to hang on the center of the chair.I had to ask myself how much can I spend on chairs? My answer was not a lot, so I’m just going to work with the ribbon or just keep my mind at ease by saying who really looks at the chairs. If you can afford chair covers and like the look of it, I say go for it though! One less thing to worry about.
