First of all, contact the seller. Something may have come up to delay shipment. She should contact you, but hey, this stuff happens. Also, do you have shipping information?  If she has a tracking number, you can look into it through that. How long has it been since you paid? Is it international? There could be customs or maybe she sent it Parcel Post instead of Priority Mail, which would be slower. If it has been a considerable amount of time, if she cannot provide tracking information, or if she ignores you, I would dispute it through Paypal. Sellers must get signature confirmation to prove that they have delivered the goods; if they cannot prove that, you can get your money back. More often than not, Paypal rules in favor of the buyer if the seller cannot provide signature confirmation that the item was delivered.
