I read you were in California. Not sure where, but you live in one of the best states for Craft beer. My BF is a homebrewer and huge beer drinker. I never liked it but he started having me try all the different styles and I have come to really enjoy some. I like IPA’s, Sours, Lambics and Gose. I suggest taking a trip to some of the craft breweries in the area. You usually can get a 6oz glass, which is just enough to really taste it. The Bruery is one of the best breweries in the country and has some amazing beers. Firestone Walker, The Lost Abbey, AleSmith (Highly suggest them too), Stone, and Russian River are some you should try depending on where you live. We live in PA and snatch up anything that comes out of The Bruery when we can get it.

Also, I had the best Mojoto I’ve ever tasted as a Mezcal bar in Denver last year. I could not taste any alcohol, just mint. I also really enjoy white sangrias and moscow mules.

kimflutist :  I can’t stand the taste but if I really want to have just one then I order a Tom Collins.
