I will be having a small wedding/elopement in the SF city hall. Afterwards I have a 3 hour session with a photographer that will take photos at the city hall, palace of fine arts, and baker beach. We might possibly go to the Suthro baths and the pier too. About 6 people need to travel around to these sites just to take professional pictures then hop to the next site if I were only to worry about our immediate family. The whole guest list including me and my Darling Husband will be a party of 12.
<br />Originally I was thinking of having one person in the group drive around but then it will be too much of a hassle to find parking since this will be on Aug 29, labor day weekend. Also my Future Mother-In-Law brought up the concern and she has never been a fan of driving in big cities.
I am not sure how to research on how to get the best deal.
Any advice or suggested would be great 🙂 Thank you

I’ve never heard of Uber before this actually and this is a great idea! Thanks so much!

ann3jacoba: I have a sort of unrelated question. Will you have the photographer for 3 hours total (photos @ City Hall, Baker Beach, Sutro Baths, and Pier), or 3 hours after you get married at city hall?

3 hours total. Should I do it 3 hours after city hall?

I agree that Uber X will probably be the most affordable and easiest option to get aroud the city. We have a lot of odd one way streets and such here in SF, so driving around yourself it you don’t know the city can be a challenge. If you wanted something a bit more silly and fun I have seen people rent the fake cable cars for a day to drive them around. And yes you may want to do more than three hours since getting across the city can take half an hour in itself.
