For our cocktail hour we will have passed hors D’oeuvres, a bistro display, a pasta station, a slider station, and 2 chafing dishes. We are confused about which chafing dishes to choose! Too many options, not even brain power.. Vote for what you would like to have as a guest Feel free to comment as well

Honestly, it all sounds good except the eggplant! Beef tips and paella would be my favorites!

I loveeee eggplant, and since that’s the only vegetarian choice, I chose that. Your choice also depends on what is going to be served for supper. If you’re offering, for example, beef and chicken, as entrees, it’s probably best to not have cocktail hour offerings heavy on beef and chicken, too.

That’s a lot of seafood…I can’t stand seafood. How many dishes of each meat do you want?
And I think you need a better veggie option.

I love seafood so I voted for fried calamari

thanks for the responses…we have to pick 2 out of those 8 choices. Our main entree choices are filet mignon, chicken francaise, salmon or tilapia (haven’t decided yet,) and vegetarian lasagna.
Most of our guests like meat and seafood, but for anyone who does not, they will have the pasta station, the passed appetizers, and the bistro table which includes cheeses, fruits, and crudites. I think having one of the chafing dishes be eggplant is a good idea to add to that.

I love seafood so I was between the calamari and the clams casino because they aren’t too filling and then your guests have room for their delish entrees! (Filet mignon! yum!)
