well I would do a veggie and a starch.

SO for me, I would go with mashed potatoes and green beans. IDK what a grilled vegetable salad is but that might be a good option as well if it is tasty. ‘

Have you tried any of these in your tasting? That might influence your decision.

You need to think of the Vegetarians; there are no mains on your menu that they can eat so I would go with the Grilled Veggie Pasta and probably green beans

I would personally be the most excited by mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.  But if you think you may have vegetarians you may want to include at least one thing that could double as a more substantial main for those guests.

I personally would do either mashed potatoes/mac and cheese (one of those) and green beans. I personally would choose mashed potatoes.

Cole Slaw Vinegar
Country Green Beans
Macaroni & Cheese

I’d do two from the above list

Baked beans (to provide a protein option for any vegetarians.. unless the baked beans are made with ham/bacon)  If the baked beans are not vegetarian, I’d do the mac-n-cheese.

Cole slaw.

Mac n cheese and either mashed potatoes or green beans.

I think mac n cheese is a huge favourite with BBQ so it wins over the other pasta for me. People can be picky with coleslaw and the apple sauce doesnt sound substantial enough as a side so I would avoid those.

Have you gathered your allergy info yet? If you have any vegetarians/vegans/gluten free/dairy free that would influence your choices in a major way.

I’d do the green beans and the mashed potato, BUT I would see if I could pay extra for the apple sauce to go with the pork. Maybe it’s regional but bbq sauces on pork?!
