Hey y’all! Okay, so I have a really close friend, and she is like an older sister/mother to me and she happens to be 43, but I’m a 19yr old bride.. Do you think people will look down upon that or do you think it’s weird to have her as one of my bridesmaids?! Please help!! Thank you!

It’s not weird at all! Your bridesmaids should be your nearest and dearest! Gee, there are a few guys that if my Fiance hadn’t made them groomsmen, they would TOTALLY be on my “bridesmaid” side!

@mandauhhxo: I think it’s fine. You decide who is in your wedding party. If anyone asks just say she’s very important to you and it means a lot that she is serving.

@mandauhhxo: That sounds totally fine to me! 😀

@mandauhhxo: Your BMs are supposed to be the people you are the closest friends with and who cares about the age difference! What matters is that your nearest and dearest are standing for you on your wedding day! =)

I think it’s so sweet that you’re including her in your wedding. If she is ok with it, then I think it’s a fabulous idea. If anyone makes a comment, just answer that your bridal party is about people whom you love and love you back and that you want standing with you on such an important day.
