I think you should shop around more for a dress that is already flat.  I am sure there are some out there!

It’s nice, why would you want to change it? Without those, the dress would be plain.

Just a friendly warning- a photoshop would be almost like the artist’s opinion of how it would look. You might love the finished picture, but the way the dress would actually come out in real life may not look quite like that. If you still want it photoshopped, I could probably do so this week.

I did this in about 2 minutes but it should work.  Ignore the creepy chopped off hand.

The ‘puffs’ are called pickups.  I don’t know if pickups can be altered to lay flat, though.

The quality of the picture was obviously lost a little, but I hope this still gives you a good idea. I imagined that if those puff things were to be let out, it would have a slightly narrower fit to your body and the train would be a little longer.
