@FIdoingbadly:  wanted to send you a hug and say good job for being so supportive and loving. maybe postpone it so neither of you have extra pressure. 

Alsoif you haven’t already try get him to eat as healthy as you can, exercise and drink plenty of water. Cut out as much processed food and sugary drinks from his diet as you can and that can help lift people’s moods. (I know it’s hard getting people with MH issues to a exercise but it can help soo much. Even gentle walks!) 

but I’m sure you are doing all the right things. Make sure you don’t forget to look after yourself too. Good luck Xx
