So I’m getting married in 2 weeks! Yey!!! Quite a few people will be coming to the house beforehand as is tradition. Because we’re not getting married where we live, FI’s grandparents are giving me full use of the house the day of the wedding for this reason.
I won’t have time or place to cook some things next week, so am looking to fix a few things this week, and store them in their freezer until the day before, and just warming them up the morning of the wedding.
I would love to have some ideas of simple fingerfood ideas for around 20 people. They will be at the house around 2-3 hours beforehand and I’ll provide some champagne and beer (gotta have beer!).
Please give me some suggestions or flavour combinations to feed the masses!

I would go to Bjs or Costco they have different brands, but you can buy boxes of appetizers and they are actually really good. Then you just put them on a cookie sheet and pop them in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. I would also recommend getting things you don
t have to cook like fresh fruit, cheese and crakers, chips and dip, veggies and dip.

If you plan on feeding them dinner, you can probably make lasagna, or a cassorole of some sort a day or two before, and then pop in the oven and let it bake. Then just throw together a salad. The nice thing about baking stuff is it doesnt require a lot of work and the clean up is easy too.
Also baking cookies, muffins, cupcakes, a few days before they will still taste good as long as you package and store them well. Good luck!
