I just want some opinions…
My fiancee and I have postcards for our Save The Date cards and there aren’t many going out(under 50). We were thinking handwriting the cards instead of sending them to a printer to save money and it looks more authentic as well. Would it be tacky if they were handwritten?
We ordered the postcards from Hawaii since that’s where we’re getting married so we think handwritting them would be a little more personal as well.
Ideas? Suggestions? Comments? Please let me know (:
Thanks for your input!

If you mean handwriting as in addressing them, then yes, I think it’s fine….I handwrote mine..they’re postcards and save the dates are typically less formal anyway!

@jesem: If you have the time to do it, it’s great! It’s more personal and your guests will feel really special.

Handwritten!! And maybe order a custom stamp that says save the date with the date under? Then handwrite the rest?

I think handwritten sounds really cute and personal! I second the idea of getting a stamp – even if it’s just a cute heart stamp from Michael’s, something to dress it up a bit 🙂
