    If you wear it on your right hand, won’t that be useless as far as letting men know you aren’t single?

    ahsoka :  having been married before and engaged now, I just wear no rings  when traveling to developing areas. I am always with my SO in those instances anyhow. 


    Years ago, before marriage, I would wear a cz engagement ring in professional work. I was common law, t was as a deterrent for sure.

    My fiance purchased my inexpensive e-ring with the intent to use as a proposal ring, as he couldn’t find/decide on the exact right one, and then go shopping together for my ‘real’ forever one. However, I’m frugal, and fell in love with my proposal ring, so I’m keeping it as my real one and we’ll be putting the unused leftover budget for my e-ring towards our wedding bands instead.
