I’m torn between two dresses and would love to hear your opinions please as I don’t want to show the pics to too many people attending the wedding (I have shown my bridesmaids and mum).
Option 1: minimalist, well tailored, understated yet sexy and suits my natural style (well tailored over glam or girly). The style will lend itself well to a veil and statement earrings which I’d like to wear and will be easy to dance in. I love the shape it gives my naturally boyish frame.
Option 2: a complete wild card for me. I would never have imagined myself in a strapless lace gown but when I tried it on I felt like a princess. Although the dress is perhaps slightly less modern than I would have imagined myself in, I think the detailing and the back / train are just so beautiful and I’ll never get the opportunity to wear a dress like this again. (I’m getting married in an Irish castle venue).
I do think the v neck shape suits my shape more though and am concerned that OPtion two is the more beautiful dress where as option one is more beautiful on me, if that makes sense?
Your opinions would Be much appreciated. Both dresses are within budget with Option 2 being considerably more within budget.

I really love the strapless one and honestly, I don’t normally love strapless but I think it looks lovely on you. The other dress is also lovely but the other one does it for me. You can’t go too wrong though as your figure is lovely and I am sure most dresses look great on you.

Option 1. But then I never really like strapless so I’m quite bias. I do think the minimalist look suits you really well and it really is a lovely dress.
Both look great on you so there really so no wrong choice.

Option 2!! It’s just so much more interesting. And it looks beautiful on you ♥️♥️♥️ love the lace

I think option 1’s style suits you (but 2 is great as well) but the fabric is in my opinion yuck. Especially the flower on the tummy, it gives you the illusion of a paunch that clearly isn’t there in reality.

I vote for option 2. It really compliments your lovely figure.

I definitely love the look of the strapless lace one more than the modern cut, especially given the location you described. Plus it fits you incredibly well!

I really like the strapless one! I can see why you feel like a princess… the details are gorgeous and it looks beautiful on you! I also think it lends itself more to your castle venue. 😊

Wow, that’s a really tough call, I actually really love both of them. If I really had to choose I think I’d pick the strapless one, but it’s by a very thin margin. You honestly look fantastic in both of them.

Hmm I like both dresses on you, but I think that the strapless dress complements your figure the best. And I notice that your waistband is showing at the back of the minimalist dress; finding the right underwear is an extra hassle to consider with a low back.

Wow, the lace one, all the way. You look so lovely in it!
But I’m not a fan of minimalist dresses…to me they look very businesslike and cold.

There’s no contest here in my eyes. It’s dress one all the way, I can’t imagine anything more perfect on you. The second one pales by comparison and it looks almost like a “red carpet “ type dress more than a wedding dress.

Oof, you look great in both! I am partial to option 1 because I prefer the same syle but the lace on option 2 is very different and lovely on you. Maybe this is a chance to try something different!

The strapless lace dress gets my vote! It looks absolutely stunning on you! Congratulations!

Personally, I love the simple one on you! I think you look amazing in it! But, I get it. I also went in looking for a super simple dress and ended up in a really lacy one because I put it on and just knew that was it! So go for whichever one you feel more excited in! Because you look fantastic in both and can’t go wrong!
