I’ve seen gray suits/tuxes at the mens warehouse. They have a rental service and they have gray in the selection book.  Try there.

Do they need to rent? This may be obvious, but did you ask if they have gray suits? My fiance is getting a new gray suit. His father and brother decided to buy new suits for the wedding, so are going to get gray. Two of them already have gray suits.

Plus a lot of the places have buy one, get one or two free. (jos a banks has that right now) When we went to the men’s wearhouse to look at suits, they didn’t care that different people might get a suit, ie we went to get one for fiance’s son the salesman suggested the two for one, one for son, one for dad.

If you plan it right, you might be able to get them to buy new suits for the same as rental.

The only problem is it would be hard to get the same gray suit. For me, it doesn’t matter, I told them to just wear gray and a white shirt. We’ll match ties.

We are renting gray suits from Mens Warehouse and my girls will be in navy dresses. Apprently gray is not abudantly available, I went to one shop that didn’t have any I think. Mens Warehouse has a Calvin Klien tux for rent, it’s their only gray and they just added it to their collection.

Check their Web site for stores. My guys are spread out through Illinois and there are stores near all of them. Good luck!

P.S.  My thoughts were navy dresses and black suits would be too dark for my summer wedding. The Mens Warehouse suits are a nice gray and they are supposed to be really breathable for summer.
