You can have personalized ones made for you. I’ve seen it on the bee, but I have no idea how much they cost or how to go about that (sorry thats probably no help now that I reread it). I do think cutting the bottom of the bride off would work well. It should be simple if they are just wood, and I imagine nobody will notice if its not the cleanest cutting job (not that it wouldn’t be, I just think that part will be hidden anyways).

You could buy them separately.

In this one the groom figure is 15.5 cm high

this bride is 12.4 cm

Here`s a cute one where the bride is standing on suitcases and the groom lifts her up for a kiss:

I love this post! I am 5’0 even & my Fiance is 6’2…haha! I love the cake toppers that were posted…I haven’t seen any where the Bride is standing on a stool…that is SO cute! I like your idea of doing the DIY pegs. That way you can have control over how tall & short they are! I would love to see the finished project when you are done!! 🙂

If your ordeing your peg bride and groom from etsy some of the shops should be able to cut one down for you at little or no charge.

@MelissaW:  I feel like we have a lot of things in common! I’m a short bride with a tall groom, my family is from Mooresville, and we’re also getting married in October!!

Some of these are so cute! I want one, too! Fiance is like 6’2″ and I’m 5’2″.
