multivitamins, fish oil, biotin multi vitamins. I also get a hair glaze done once a month or once every thw months to keep it shiny and a potective lair. Ask if your salon does oleplex treatments too. Really great for making hair strong!

It’s funny how biotin works so well for some of us and not at all for others. You do have to take a high enough dose, I take 10,000 mcg and give it enough time, at least 90 days.
I used to take 30,000 but I’m not sure I need that much. My hair grew like crazy, though.

You just reminded me, I have been getting keratin treatments every 6-8 weeks when we do cut and color. My stylist uses Keratin Express on my hair, so it’s far less expensive. The regular keratin would be too heavy for my hair.

I think these supplements can help if your diet has a deficiency in them so I don’t doubt that they work for some people. I also tried prenatal vitamins and they were making me dizzy so I stopped. I have really tried every stupid thing but I finally realized I just need to absolutely baby my hair (which I wasn’t) and be mindful of what I eat! One day I’ll have waist length hair lol
