17 day diet all the way.  I’m at 15 pounds in the first phase and I still have 3 more days!

Be careful. Losing that much weight in that span of time is unhealthy. You can cause irregular heart rhythms and other problems. My Future Brother-In-Law had a friend who suffered a stroke as a result of losing too much too quickly.

Drink alot of Water!

No Soda –

Replace snacks with celery, or apple slices and peanut butter.

Reduce Carbs.

Walk 45 minutes a day.

I am doing the insanity workout it’s pretty awesome one of my coworkers has already done it and says anytime he wants to lose weight quickly he just does the “pure cardio” dvd everyday for a few weeks instead of the whole program rotation and it works great for quick weight loss, you can buy single dvds on ebay so you don’t have to buy the whole set. Good luck

@Elaine2718: Hi! Yes its totally possible. I started dieting 3 weeks ago and have lost about 8kgs 17 lbs. I did this through sticking to a VLCD and drinking 3 litres of water a day. I have just been doing a small amount of walking. Last week I lost 2.4 inches off my waist in 7 days. You can totally loose what you want to in three weeks!

Just work out and eat super healthy. It always works and 3 weeks is a decent amount of time to lose a bit of weight. Just be careful because I imagine the 3 wks before a wedding are pretty stressful and if you let yourself go hungry you might become pret-ty irritable

Losing weight quickly is generally bad for your health. It puts your body into shock and you generally gain it right back. And you’ve probably got plenty to worry about with your wedding this close – don’t add on extra stress. And if you lose a bunch of weight your dress may not fit! I’m sure you look great just like you are!

@Elaine2718:  Hey I lost 10 pounds in a week just by taking Tonalin(CLA) and Choline and by jogging for about 20 minutes a day. I take Tonalin 2, 3x a day and 2 Cholines a day. They are natural fat burners and you can buy them at your local health food store, I don’t think those vitamin shops carry them.

My friend did the HCG drops and lost 10lbs in 1 week..dang…however, whatever method you choose, I would caution you against trying to lose weight quickly as it can hurt you in the long run. Read up on any supplements and diet that you plan to follow and make sure that you keep yourself healthy enough to have fun on your wedding.
