First one, looks beautiful on you.  The second one is nice but the halter top makes it look too casual.

april2017b2b:  The first one is more flattering to your shape – those high necks can make people look very broad (I know from personal experience)

I like how the first one looks on you better

april2017b2b:  What kind of wedding are you having? Traditional? Garden? Beach? I think both dresses look good on you, and I am not saying that just to be nice! They’re really both very pretty. But I think the first one would be most fit for a traditional/garden wedding and the second would look great on a beach. Personally, I knew my dress was “the one” for me when I didn’t want to take it off and wouldn’t try on anymore dresses that day, but not everyone experiences that feeling!

#1! The 2nd one isn’t very flattering up top.

april2017b2b:  given you have already bought the first dress, unless you really dislike it, feel it isn’t you or the other dress is clearly better I can’t see the point of changing.

The only other reason why you might change is if your venue is more casual and you feel the first one is too much dress for it.

As it stands, the two dresses are quite similar even with the different necklines. I think the slimmer silhouette of dress 2 possibly makes you look slimmer but that is probably just due to the dress fitting you better, while the first still needs alterations. So try not to be swayed by that.

I don’t agree that the second is less bridal. Given the first one isn’t white, that makes them about equal in “bridalness”.

First one is stunning, second one not as flattering at all
