Another Swirly Updo! Had it myself and was the best decision ever. Looks far more elegant and you can show off your dress and back better;) I do like hair down as well, but more for beach or outdoor weddings, but I am not a big fan of half up half down at all. Looks like the bride couldn’t decide what she wanted and reminds me of prom…

I’ve gone with my gut and chosen the swirly updo, and I feel really ‘at peace’ with the choice – which in my world means I’ve made the right one!
I’m afraid I now have another question for your helpful ladies!
This is the jewellery I ordered for the flowery pin (when I thought my hair would be down)
I’m now fretting a bit (last minute jitters, I know) about whether there will just be toooo much bling going on! I can ditch the necklace and just have the earrings and the flower pin, but…
…I thought I ought to have a backup in case the flower pin is either too heavy or overpowers the ‘do. So, from the high street:
I figured this sparkly little barrette could go horizontally on the surface of the updo, about halfway down. To go with them:
My rings have a vintagey look to them and I felt that this ensemble suits them rather well! What do you all think?
