We have our list narrowed down to our top five. We wanted a name that wasn’t too common but was still “normal”. The requirements were no names that start with a V and no names that end in an A (plus Darling Husband is SUPER PICKY).
I am leaving Evelyn off the poll because it is borederline too popular for us (in the 20s on the top baby list). Originally we weren’t going to do anything in the top 100 but then Alexandra and Kennedy would be nixed too so now it is just in the top 50 haha.
Darling Husband also really liked Simone but I don’t dig it. Noelle is his least favorite on the list.
If you have any other suggestions, let’s hear em!

I like all except Noelle.

I love noelle. We are naming our future daughter Aubrey.

When are you due? I like Noel (minus the extra L & E) if you’re due around Christmas. 🙂

@MissTatas: I like Alexandra the best, but doesn’t it end in an “a”?
Alternatively it could be Alexis, I’ve always liked that name too.

I LOVE Noelle. My second favourite is Alexandra. I have a sister named Simone so I also like that and think it’s pretty.

REALLY hard choice, as all are lovely, but I went with Noelle. Uncommon, but not strange. I went to school with a Noelle and she was lovely!

I’m a Buffy nerd, so I voted for Kennedy.

Noelle is my favorite! I like the double L, it looks classy!

Cassidy reminds me of butch cassidy. I’m more of a fan of cassandra.
I like Noelle best though

@ChicFoodist: Noel would be used for a guy, no?

@MissTatas: Well Alexandra ends in A – are you okay with that? If so, I also like Serena.
I love Noelle, especially that spelling. Anabelle is lovely too. Lily is beautiful, and so is Violet. It depends on how unusual you want your child’s name to be, and if you want any meaning or cultural/religious significance attached to it.

I know two male Cassidys and not one female.
Kennedy I will always think of ‘The Kennedys”
I voted Noelle, but Alexandra is nice too.
