I think the veil would cover up the back of the dress unless you have a single layer so what is the point?  Skip it and save the money!

I’m team veil (when else in your life do you get to wear a veil?!) – a single tier veil that still allows the back to show through with  woulda lace edge be perfect with that dress!

I am a huge fan of veils. I’m under the delusion that if I don’t have a veil I will regret it for the rest of my life. So I’m biased, but I say wear a veil! The back is pretty and you don’t need to wear it for the reception! 😀 

If I were you, I’d try on an elbow-length mantilla veil!
