I’m wondering the same thing. I’m close to purchasing from them but I want a little reassurance first. Someone answer us please!

Are you talking about Victoria’s Bridal in Fort Lauderdale?

From what I have read it it a legit store that sells authentic dresses.  I was going to order my dresses from there but I ended up going a different route.  There is also tjformal.com that is also suppose to be legit and I actually ordered a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding that Im in from Le Salon Bridal Couture and their dresses should be authentic as well.

I don’t know if it is still listed on Mori Lee’s wedsite, but they had a list of stores that did not carry authentic dresses.

I ordered my BMs’ dresses (After Six) through Victoria’s Bridal Couture and we had my MOH’s delivered to my house.  I just received it today and it was actually a little early; the estimate had been mid to late July and today is July 13.  The dress is legit.  My only complaint is that the dress will need to be pressed as it got a little wrinkled in the box, but I imagine that would be the case with boutiques as well, and it’s worth getting the huge discount on the dresses.  I was nervous about ordering online but I’m glad I did!

I’m pretty sure that’s the sam Victoria’s that is on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. It’s a legit store that carries major designers.

We actually ordered our bridesmaids’ dresses from here (online) and they’ve completely botched the whole thing– we’re not getting our dresses on time– my girls are out buying other dresses and I’m so mad at this company. They recommended 4 months, which we allowed, but were later told (much later) that they’re experiencing a “production slowdown” and that our dresses will be ready by early-mid July. The wedding is July 6th. We’d originally been told they’d arrive by mid-June at the latest. This is completely unacceptable and we’ve filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. My sister’s researched them further and found that they have nuuuumerous complaints of not finishing and sending orders on time- in some cases, the tardiness is egregious.

I would certainly caution anyone against ordering from this company. I’d say never again, but this is my one and only wedding. Wish I’d known.

@LindsayPindsay82:  Oh my God. My maids’ gowns are coming from VBC. They ordered their dresses early last month; one of them actually put a rush fee on hers, too.

It wasn’t my idea to order from this site; one of my MOHs found it because she was scoping cheaper prices on the dress. I hope I didn’t make a colossal mistake placing my trust in her on this just so I could help them each save $50.

I ordered a dress from this site. I do live in Canada, and when the order came there was an additional charge for $48.08. I contacted the company and asked them to demonstrate where I was warned of this charge during the transaction. They demonstrated that it was not within the transaction, that I never agreed to possible additional charges during the transaction, and that they would not do anything to alleviate the charges that I was facing. The additional charges cost nearly 1/4 of the cost of the dress. I’ve never experienced a company that was so set against rectifying their mistakes to clients.

I did! I ordered them on November 1st and recieved them January 8th. (Maybe I ordered during a slow period?) Communication was minimal, which was nerve-racking. I just got an email when they were ordered and when they were shipped (Jan 3rd).  They do charge a “Shipping Insurance” fee that they don’t mention until you are about to pay, which is kinda BS. It was only $35.63 for 5 dresses, so I went ahead with it. Dresses were beautiful.
