I created a wedding web site on Weddingchannel.com a few months ago. I went to log on recently and I can’t. When I log into my account its asking me to create a new web site. The URL I made still works but there are some errors on it that I can’t fix. I already printed the insert with the web site that has all the travel info on it so I can’t switch it now.
Of course, trying to get help on weddingchanel.com or theknot.com is impossible. Anyone have any tips on how to fix this glitch or how I can get someone to help me from there?

OMG ME TOOOOO! I’m so Pissed!! And thenI thought “well maybe I’m not using the correct password..?” So I clicked to have them send me my password and it said my e-mail address wasn’t on file! And obv. it IS b/c I have my wedding website through them!! They better get their act together! I e-mailed their customer service but I haven’t heard back yet 🙁
Wedding Bee should have a thing where you can make a website! Not that it’ll help us now because like you, my wedding website is on our invites. But for future brides….

They wrote me back today and told me what my password was. Duh I already knew what it was, but then “magically” it worked again. So weird.
As if brides to be don’t have enough to freak out about! 😉
