Personally, I love dress #1 BUT dress #2 looks MUCH better on you.
Remember: horizontal lines and details make you look WIDER whereas oblique lines, draping and details make you look slimmer and taller.
Your body looks very healthy, but no means fat… however it’s not stick thin either (thank God, but still..), so I would stay away from horizontal details.

Dress number 1 is much more flattering (horizontal stripes are NOT a problem for you!) I love it & I really like that it is so unique! I would stick with your first decision – trust your instincts~ and follow the advice of so many bees before you, stop dress shopping after you find The One 🙂
Plus the cute shape of the top on the 1st one is still very flattering on your shoulders – I’m sure your Fi will love it!

Listen to everyone and keep your dress! It’s fantastic. I wasn’t sure if I wanted beading either, but you know, sometimes beading just works so well, and here it is just stunningl. I love the geometric pattern that the beading creates– it’s got such a terrific vintage-yet-modern feel. And it flatters your body fantastically. Don’t worry about your shoulders– he has your whole lives to see your shoulders. I really like the asymmetrical-with-big-flower look, but I feel like dress #2 doesn’t really pull it off somehow. But ultimately, get what makes YOU happiest, given the constraints of your budget.

They’re both beautiful dresses but personally I think dress #1 is more flattering and is just stunning! I thought I’d end up with a princessy ball gown and ended up with a lace Casablance, not what I thought I’d wear. You fell in love with the first dress for a reason and it’s AMAZING! Ultimately, you have to do what makes you happiest.

I am in the majority and LOVE dress #1! In fact I wish I had seen this dress before I bought mine! Who is it by?? It’s so hard to choose just one dress from all the thousands out there, but I think you look beautiful in the one you chose.

I too have had buyer’s remorse, so I completely understand!!
At the end of the day, it matters how YOU feel in the dress, not what all of us think! It seems like you are fighting for dress #2, and since the big ball gown is your dream, you should absolutely wear your dream! I agree with everyone that Dress #1 is unique, and beautiful, very detailed, and looks great on you. But I looked at the updated pic of you in #2 and it gives you a great waist line, and if it’s your dream dress and was truly your first pick, go with it, girl!! I know the money is hard to lose, but think about how much money you’re spending immortalizing your big day. Do you want to look back at pictures and videos of you in a gown that you didn’t like for the rest of your life?!! GO WITH YOUR HEART! And your heart seems to be leading you toward number 2. You can always wear a beaded gown to another event later in life.
🙂 Best of luck, from one indecisive bride to another!!

#1 is definately more flattering to your figure, and #2 seems to make you look a little hefty…..both beautiful dresses but #1 looks much nicer on you

I vote for dress #1 (on the left), it’s flattering on you, unique and very romantic! Having said that, dress #2 is beautiful too, but I would go for dress #1 🙂

Dress one looks amazing on you! I’d keep it, and maybe get something strapless for the wedding night, or a pretty strapless dress for the honeymoon. Or massage oilso he can rub those sexy shoulders to his hearts content throughout your marriage! Dress 2 looks so shiny and poofy, dress 1 makes you look really regal and bridal. I’d keep your dress 😀
