I found this picture online on pinterest. The problem is that I can’t find the tutorial to do it anywhere, and I can’t even begin to guess how to replicate it.
Calling on all hairstylists, or anyone who can guess how to do this.
I would love if someone had a tutorial for this hairstyle, or one similar, or even just describe how to do this.
This is my dream hairstyle I just need to know how to do it since my mom is going to style my hair for me!

I have some tutorials that I saved on my pinterest. Basically you just curl your hair and then roll the curls up onto themselfs and then use bobby pints to hold then against your head. I plan to DIY a hairstyle like this for myself! The actual tutorial I have shows doing something like this with braids which obviously you don’t have to do…I saved it for this element.

I found this tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7NFwlq-IEA&feature=related
Which did something similar. The picture I posted though seems like a cleaner and more seamless version of it, almost like it’s braided and like it all goes into the middle similar to a bun almost.

I was just going to say, it looks like braids are tucked in! 😀

Oh I see it more now! I think I may have figured it out, maybe it’s a french braid or a fishtail braid that is twisted around and pinned in!
If anyone has a better/ more exact explaination, I’d love to know!

That is absolutely gorgeous! 🙂

It’s a reverse fishtail, pulled apart slightly, and coiled in on itself much like a pincurl.

I don’t know but its beautiful and I’m taking it to my hairstylist to replicate for me! 🙂
Thanks for sharing!

@LittleRedOwl: No problem! I had to stare at this for awhile and break it down a few weeks ago for a trial (bride ended up with a different style).
