What if you found a brown dress with no pattern or anything and then got a turquoise brooch or something that you could place in the middle of the dress to bring in that color. I would think that might be a little easier in the time frame as opposed to looking for brown and turquoise together

my mothers dress does not match our wedding colors at all…

so to me this is no issue but if you really think she should match then i like MissChecky’s idea 😀

i dont think its a big deal if your mom doesnt match the wedding party. i told my mom and my fmil to wear whatever colors they want as long as its not white/offwhite/eggshell/champagne/ivory or any shade of those colors (:

ya i agree with ms.cheeky- with your timeline, a brown dress with turqoise accesories (neclace, broach, bracelet, earrings, purse) would look really nice and match your wedding colors quite well.

I understand what you are saying about not wanting your mom to look so similar to bridal party. what about if she gets a dress color that isn’t necessarily brown but just will go with brown shoes…e.i. all turquoise dress, latte color or cream color, any kind of earth color like pale green (which you might be able to get a shade that matches some turquoise in the girls). She might even be able to get away with a lighter blue shade of dress.
