Don’t eat following:

 

1. SUGAR!!! or anything that has it (you can have it in raw fruits or if you want sweets – teaspoon of RAW honey)

 

 

 

2. SALT – I know, it is hard. But that’s what keep all your water and weight in. Cut out salt as much as you can.

 

 

 

3. CARBS – no bread, darling or anything that comes even close to it.

 

 

 

But make sure you never feel hungy – your metabolism slows down during that period and you will not loose anything.

 

 

 

Healthy eating is your key ingredient to weight loss – yo-yo diet only work for short period of time.

 

 

 

You can loose 2 lb easily a week = 6lb

 

If you put more effort, you can even do 3-4lb a week!

@icanhearyousmile:  Honestly I think you should just fast as much as possible. I may get flamed for it but whatever. Eat carrot sticks, crackers, whatever to satisfy the hunger. Drink lots of water. But if it were me I would just skip as many meals as possible and just nibble rather than full on eaiting. It’s not healthy but its a quick and temporary solution that works. You can certainly lose 6 pounds in three weeks this way.

@sillysillybee:  As long as you don’t pass out on your wedding day! With the nerves and stress, I don’t know if I’d be able to think straight after skipping meals. You’ll feel better if you do it the right way. You don’t want to have headache the day of your wedding or look pale because you have been starving yourself.

I’ll probably get in trouble for this, but I’ve done 3-day cleanses a few times and lost several pounds.  Suja has the best tasting juices and you can buy them at Whole Foods.  Not only do I feel great after the cleanse, but I continue (and have continued) to eat very well.  And have maintained my weight.

I recommend you DONT do any of the radical cleanses or extreme diets. You dont know how your skin or body will react and do you really want to find out with 3 weeks to go?

Just get back on the treadmill, eat as healthy as you can and try not to stress eat ๐Ÿ™‚ Good luck!!

@canarydiamond:  THIS!!! Tabata helped me lose 19 lbs like it was nothing! & you can get a good workout in doing only 20 mins! It will kick your butt (the first time i could only do 9 mins lol!) but it is soooo worth it.

 

I have almost exactly 1 yr til my big day & I plan on losing these last 5-10 lbs before then by doing the tabata workouts.

 

Good luck & dont stress too much about it, im sure you will be the only one to even notice ๐Ÿ™‚

I had to lose 5lbs in 2 weeks before my wedding day too. My dress was “purposely” taken in too much by the store. They told me “all brides lose more weight before the day.” Um no, not this bride, I was pissed.

Anyway, I downloaded myfitnesspal and stuck to a rigid 1200 calories a day diet. I also worked out 5 days a week. Sticking to 1200 sucked but it worked and I was able to feel great in my dress. Myfitnesspal will tell you show many calories to consume per day to reach your goal. Good luck!
