You can try using diluted apple cider Vinegar as a toner and also to calm the skin. If it’s just a little pink today,  it should improve by Saturday. Just keep moisturizer handy and apply it often so that you aren’t peeling

Depending on how much you break out there are teo options, one is to burst a capsule of vitamin E and apply it, it smells HOrrible but it has always worked for me. If you tend to break out then making a paste out of corn meal, applying and letting it dry has also helped me before.

I would just moisturize a lot – anything else could make it worse, especially if it’s something your skin/face isn’t used to.

how bad is it??  you still have a few days.  moisturize a lot and wash your face often (3+/day).  STAY OUT OF THE SUN THIS WEEK.

it should fade or turn into a slight tan.

on the day of your wedding, just blend your foundation with the colour of your neck.  this should cover any remaining red on your face.  if it’s still bad, you may need some primer too.

The only thing I would put on it is some aloe gel.

It should fade by Saturday… If you’re still a little pinker than you want to be and you’re doing your own makeup, I would suggest just using a heavier matte cream foundation, then your concealer, then brushing a powder foundation like bare minerals to even out your skintone.  If any redness still shows through, you can just go a little lighter on the blush and blame it on being a blushing bride!

ETA: A good moisturizer that you can get at the drugstore and doesn’t smell or break you out is Cerave.  If you want to go a little “fancier” you could try Clinique Dramatically Different Gel moisturizer, which is good for oily skin.

It’ll be long gone by Saturday, don’t worry!  Be careful trying new remedies or products a few days before your wedding, you may end up with a break out instead of a sunburn.

@jen 42713:  You will be fine by Saturday. DON’T start trying different things that other bees have suggested. I am sure they are good ideas but you could end up with 12 new zits on your wedding day which is worse than being a little pink IMO. The burn will go away. Just don’t aggreviate your skin, it’s already sensitive because of the burn.

I find that pure aloe Vera gel helps my sunburns. I have put it on my face and not had any issues.

I second the vinegar trick. It works great. You need a helper. Soak paper towels in vinegar and have someone lay them on your burned areas until they dry. This is very cooling, soothing and takes the red out.
