I’m not a fan of all the ruffles on the first one, especially on the top, so I voted for the second.

I like where the first dress falls on you better than the second.

I love the 2nd one. It looks like it was made for your body! It’s simple yet looks expensive and just classic. Wow, stunning.

Both look great on you, I picked #2 based on the fact that you said you aren’t sure that the ruffles were “you”. You need to pick a dress that reflects who you are, just because you’re getting married it doesn’t change your preferences as a person!

I love the first one BUT I do love ruffles so I might be biased!  It looks great on you!

Not sure if this is an option but I would suggest to keep looking a bit….I think the second one is better but the mermaid portion is too low and doesnt really flow all that well. You have an amazing figure but maybe the mermaid where it flares so low makes you look very straight up/down, maybe a fit and flare would flow better and give more proportion? I know in NZ we dont have as many choices but there are still lots of great dresses 🙂 I dont want to threadjack but my dress was similar to the second one (Maggi Sottero Madison Marie if you want to check it out in my bio) but more fit and flare, so maybe that is why I am biased!

I think the first one flatters your body better, but I don’t really love it.  I also don’t really love the second dress very much, I THINK b/c it doesn’t flatter your body as much.  Perhaps you should continue your search if you don’t really love either one.  Sorry!

I don’t like the second one. You have a georgeous figure but that dress does something really funny with it where it looks like you have a super long torso and tiny little legs. Maybe I’m the only person seeing it… I just think it does nothing for your figure. In the first one you have a beautiful figure. Maybe if you don’t like the frills you can find somehting with a similar top but different bottom texture?

I think they both look amazing on you, but I like the elegance and timelessness of the second dress more than the first. The first one definitely looks more fun, the second more elegant. I guess it just depends on the feel you are going for on your wedding day, as well as your venue.

I’m not a fan of ruffles but I do think if I had to pick, the first is better, even with the ruffles. I’m not sure if this is an option at all, but perhaps keep looking.

I voted for the second one. Firstly for brutal honesty you have an amazing figure, and both dresses do suit you. I am afraid I just don’t like the first one at all. It makes your body look good but it doesn’t scream wedding dress to me! With the alterations you suggested I think the second one would be amazing! Its a lot more classic though so if you were looking for fashion forward I would suggest you keep looking!
