The 9×7 will be huge with a halo! Gorgeous but massive haha

I’d do 7×5 or 8×6 🙂

The great thing about moissy is that you can afford any size you like! I’d probably stick with the original size. It’s not really DSS (diamond shrinkage syndrome) but a lot of people find their ring to be a bit smaller once they get used to wearing it.

This emerald cut is 8.5×6.5mm. The halo seems a bit wider so I bet it will give you a rough idea. I’d order it and see how you feel about the finger coverage! I checked but didn’t see a comparable radiant cut ring. That’s how I decided cut/size…. I ordered cheap cz rings from Amazon so I could see what suited my hand in person.

OP, go big or go home,  diamond simulant shrinkage syndrome (DSSS) is real. lol No pun intended! A huge stone, especially a rainbowy moissanite will have huge beautiful, colorful sparkles!

I’ve got a 7.5mm round F1 moissy on a size 4 finger and I still can’t get used to it, it seems huge to me. My fiancé knew what kind of setting I wanted and he chose the size and the metal but sometimes I do wish I had a 7mm. I keep waiting for the shrinkage to kick in and it still hasn’t yet. Of course I still love it though!

chrissy2019 :  I would get a few cheaper cz rings and see how the sizes feel on your finger. I know you probably don’t want to wait a moment more than you need to to finish your ring but it really will be worth it. I would also recommend considering getting a similar size to what you would have gotten if you were getting a diamond. Having never owned a moissanite it was comforting to me that I could switch it out with a diamond if I was unhappy with the moissanite (I love it but the peace of mind was worth it). Also if you have a massive ring, despite it being none of their business, people are more likely to make rude comments about it. Not that you should make your decision for your ring based on what other people think but at least for me I liked that I have an average size where people assume it’s a diamond, refer to it as such and I get to tell them about moissanite on my own terms. The other thing to consider is the will it get in my dang way factor. If you think it’s too big it just might be. How big are rings that you already own? If it’s way bigger than anything you would normally you might end up not liking it so big but if you tend to wear larger jewelery then I’d go for the big un
