That’s a popular color scheme for Christmas every year at Target so you may find something there when they start stocking merchandise in October/November.

Wear whatever you want. If you want to be warm, then definitely go that route.

I would say that you go mostly white, use black as your secondary color & use the pink as a pop of color.  Have the BMs wear black dresses & carry fuschia bouquets.  Have the GMs wear black tuxes & have fuschia bouts.  Or have the girls wear pink dresses w/ white boquets & you have a fuscia bouquet.

You could get tall cylinder vases, fill them with pink ornaments & use white feathers coming out of the top.  Sprinkle crystals on the table, then put white votives in frostes votive holders and sprinke them around the table.  You could alternate with low crystal bowls filled with pink and white ornaments, fill with water and put floating candles on top.. there are thousands of ideas.  Here are some images to get you started:

I agree with @Ella on usuing mostly white with black. Seriously go to Target and Kmart like the day after Christmas this year and snatch up all the clearanced stuff that goes with your colors!!!
