The Colorbox Pigment Inkpad have blocks of ink pads that are small.  Take out a color, and dab it onto the part of the stamp that you want in that color.  The one in the link is just an example, they sell them in fewer colors.  Or find a small ink pad?  Also note that the kind I mention is pigment ink, so it takes a little while longer to dry.  I’ve used pigment ink just for stamping on my invites, and I think it only took a minute to dry.  Hope that helps.

Use a stamp ink PEN.  You can find them in the craft store, and then use a regular black stamp pad for the names and then color in the heart with the pen.
