@fallbride10111  Oh, haha.  Great minds!  In that case, how about tangerine with some green.  I think it would be fun and unexpected but very classy.

I have the same colors dark brown/light brown with a dark cherry red as my accent color. I love it, but it is very winter-y. I like the idea of winter pillows/accents and summer accents to break it up a little.

I agree with PP’s..find a piece whether that be a print or vase but build your room colors around that! I’m a huge fan of earthy & jewel tones. So browns, oranges, purples, blues, greens, etc.

I think a sage green would look great.

Your couch and space looks almost identical to mine.  We have Orange accents.  Drapes from bed bath and beyond and dark bookshelves and “art” from Kirklands.  Also some accents from Pottery Barn.

Your colors are similar to mine (we have very dark brown couches with a cream colored chair.)

We embraced gray and pale golds – this is the only pic I have on my computer, and you can’t see the whole room, in addtion that we now have better accent pillows in that color scheme, but you can get the idea of how the colors work together.

@fallbride10111  I like the frames you have in your house.

@fallbride10111  I like your furniture choices and think they go very well together.  Personally, I think you could throw any color in there and you’d be okay!  I’d add some blue in there.  A nice lighter (maybe even a bit gray) blue would be nice!  Also, anchor your couch with a big rug which will break up the flooring some.  You could pull accent colors from the rug.  I think you could get whatever rug you liked and then just pull colors from there….with such a neautal (and beautiful/clean) slate you can’t really go wrong.  What colors do you tend to like?  Do those!  Frame some photos and hang them up.  Your mantle is dark so I’d add some white accents.  Just to like lighten it some.  You could go to a thrift store and find something you like the shape of and then spray it a crisp white.  Can be done cheap.  I like your house!
