OP, I also recommend Diclectin. It has saved me during both my first pregnancy and this one as well. I only take 2 at night so the sleepiness doesn’t bother me.
But I am constipated most of the time which I thought was just the pregnancy but PP mentioned it could be side effect of the Diclectin. Its bad but not as bad as nausea and vomiting and I can always eat prunes!

Ugh, you and I are in the same boat. My sea band mama bracelet and ginger candies arrived, so I pray that it will be enough to cure the nausea. My “morning” sickness lasts from morning till the middle of the night and comes in waves. I find that eating small meals throughout the day helps, but I am eating all of the wrong things. Need to make a healthier diet plan for when I am at work!

Ahh, not able to tag right now for some reason.
Thank you all sooo much for your advice and stories! I saw my dr for the first appt on Monday and they recommended I try the B6 and Unisom. I have another 1.5 weeks until my next appt so we will see how it helps. If I am still feeling awful they said we could try zofran but warned that the side effects (like constipation) are no fun with that either!
I actually threw up while at work today so I really hope its not getting worse. I would just love to want to eat and drink, being naseous 24/7 is really sucky and does not help my chances of keeping the pregnancy a secret for now! Hopefully I don’t miss any more work. Thankfully I have a flexible schedule and can come in a little later so I get more sleep!
