I’m not married yet, but I spoke to all the caterers you are looking at except Culinary Concerts. I ended up going with Coastal Gourmet because they worked very hard with me to get the proce down, their food was good and they were extremely professional.

Cloud Nine was very inflexible about finding ways to get me below $100pp and A Thyme to Cook were also incredibly expensive and IMO inflexible. Their quote was around $170pp and I was annoyed because most of that cost was staffing and they were unwilling to find a way to compromise on that.

Good luck in your search and if you have any questions about the others, please let me know!

you might have the most sucess with grand gourmet.  they include a lot in their packages, although do the bar separately, so just for food and service excluding bar, 70 might not be too far off.

We used Cloud Nine and loved them… but it was pricey… partly because we had a small wedding.  We had about 55 people – but per person it was a ways north of $100 each.  Good choice with Harkness… it’s gorgeous!  (I live in Waterford, so if you want local insight, just let me know.)
