Ok…so I’m so confused I can’t make up my mind! I keep trying to decide if I want to shell out the extra money for filler flowers. But then I look at all my favorite inspiration pics and most of them don’t have ANY…just some greenery. Should I just buy the basic flowers I want and go with the greenery? and If so…is trimming my parents rhodedendron and boxwoods tacky? lol My theme is garden vintage…
So Greenery? Or Filler flowers? I liked wax, statice, and hypericum

@chefvive: I like the greenery additives! the 2nd and 4th bouquets are just gorgeous! i just feel like the greenery balances the flowers. I am also a fan of statice and hypericum so maybe i am biased! lol maybe you could do a poll and that would help you with some hard, fast numbers?

I plan on having green hypericum berries as the only greenery in the bouquets. However, I plan to add a little greenery to the centerpieces. I am just buying the smallest box of greenery offered by sam’s club. I think it looks good with or without greenery.
Also…nobody will care where you get the greenery. Definitely try some clippings from plants/trees your parents already have and see if you like the look. It would definitely be cheaper.

I like the greens! My favorites are photos 1 and two… very pretty, and they go with your concept really well.

Thanks for the input….the LAST boquet is the EXACT color scheme I’m going with. Blue hydrangea, Creme garden roses, and pastel tipped roses. How about this idea: A THIRD FLOWER CHOICE!
I am thinking either Spray roses or carnations….they look like baby peonies kinda lol.
