I think that a steak, chicken, or seafood is the way to go!

They all sound so good! You can’t go wrong if you pick two that you’d love!

Can you choose more than one? Or do you have to pick one?

If you can only pick one, I would probably do a poultry option (the turkey, the chicken cordon bleu, or the chicken asiago). However, if you can pick 2-3, I would do the beef au jus, the chicken cordon bleu, and the atlantic salmon.

ETA: Just re-read your OP. >.< So, if you can pick two, I would go with the beef au jus, and the chicken.

Hmmm… I’m going with Prime Rib. We did prime rib (and a chicken option) at our reception and I would say 75% of the guests chose it. It was delicious.

Curry is a flavor a lot of people really hate, so if you choose that, make sure the other item is a crowd pleaser.  I’d be worried about serving poached fish.

I’d try to choose one meaty meat type dish (steak or pork) and then either chicken or seafood.

I voted for the chicken cordon bleu, but actually saw lots of stuff I would LOVE to be eating.  Preferably right this second.
