I have one matron of honor, and one personal attendant standing up for me. I want to get them both something really special for their gifts. I am not into the whole monogramed gift bag kinda thing, and am hoping to stay around 30 or so dollars each. Here they are in a nutshell.
The Matron of honor- newly married, having relationship trouble, loves jewelery but has a ton, the girl that has everything, loves drinking,
The personal attendant- 42yo, has two kids, married, hates fashion, loves outdoors, walking her dog, hates jewelery, dosen’t wear makeup, very natural,

My maid of honor really wanted a really nice compact. I got one for her as her extra Maid/Matron of Honor gift. Is that an option?
For your personal attendant, is there a gift card or something you could get for her, maybe for an activity she enjoys?

Im going with nice engraved business card holders and pen sets for those who arent into jewelery or flasks.

I would get the Maid/Matron of Honor a bottle of champagne or vodka or whatever she drinks or maybe take her out for a mani/ped since she could prob use girl time.
You could get the other one a really nice BPA free water bottle or a picnic set (they have ones that have plates and glasses and are about $30) or something like this http://www.amazon.com/dp/B002D8YVW0/?tag=hyprod-20&hvadid=15469429659&hvpos=1o4&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2984494091739777223&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&ref=asc_df_B002D8YVW0

I’m getting all of my bridesmaids an “In Touch Clutch”: http://www.etsy.com/shop/downstairsDesigns but there’s of course other stuff at her shop. I got one for my mom for mother’s day a few years back and am so jealous of it. It’s great because you could get some personalized stationary for each one, or a nice pen too, whatever you want to put in it!

That in touch clutch is pretty cute. Is 30 dollars each an appropriate amount, or is it too little???

@funnyfruit……it’s what you can afford. $30 might be too much for some, but too little for some.

I agree it’s what you can afford, but for me it’s also in relation to how much my bridesmaids are doing for me. It’s a “destination wedding” for them all, 7.5+ hours of driving or a $300+ plane flight for one (and another $300+ for her FI). One also hosted my bachelorette party sleepover, and the other hosted the wedding shower. I’m getting them all an In Touch Clutch, stationary or a pen, and necklaces to wear at the wedding, total value will probably be $90 each depending on what stationary I buy. This is way out of my budget and am stretching it, but they’re doing so much for me and I feel guilty easily so I want to assuage that.
