First time posting on the babies board for me……because I recently found out my best friend is having a baby! Her pregnancy was unexpected but so very welcomed and we are all over the moon about it!
My question for you all is this: My BFF is two months along and I’m going to see her this weekend to celebrate her birthday and impending mommyhood. I want to bring her a present but I’m not really sure what to get her at this stage. Seems to early for a present for baby but I’m not sure.
What would you all suggest?
Thank you hive!!

What about a gift card to a maternity clothes store? Or a pregnany journal?
I’m not a lot of help but those are 2 things that popped into my mind 🙂

books about babies so she can do some research and a baby book to write down all of her experiences!

I got my sister-in-law some g/c for mani & most importantly pedi’s … my brother sure wasn’t going to pick up the slack! She LOVED them!

A pregnancy pillow! I started not being able to sleep around 3 months. She might already be a little uncomfortable but more then likely is coming for her. Its number 1 on my Christmas list right now! Just an FYI though, at motherhood they are like $45.00. So a little pricey but I know that she will use it ALOT especially once the second trimester is here. Congrats!

I love my pregnancy journal!! I think that is a great gift idea 🙂 I also love the idea of a gift card to a maternity store/website and/or a baby store.
Have fun shopping and congrats on being an honorary aunt!! yay 🙂

I’ve gotten both of my friends who were recently pregnant gift certificates to a local spa so they could get a massage. Its a pricey gift but they’re pretty much guaranteed to love it. Even if they’re not comfortable with massages (some people dont like them) they could always get another service (facial, mani/pedi, etc…).
