Many bees have used Studio Suits for custom made suits. Do a search here on the Bee for reviews.

Are you opposed to renting suits/tuxes? It would still make a nice gift to rent them for the guys, since it would save them the expense. Men’s Wearhouse has a really nice Vera Wang tux that comes in black & grey. It is a more modern fit…my Darling Husband described it as “mad men” style.

The wedding party attendants were slightly differently dressed.

Darling Husband wore white shirt, black tux jacket & pants with a bowtie.

The groomsmen wore white shirt, black tux jacket, black vest with a bowtie.

All of the other attendants (our officiant, FOB & FOG) wore the same tux with black vest a regular tie instead of a bowtie.

Our wedding was black tie, so it was a little dressier, but the grey version of this tux is really nice looking, but not AS fancy.

Did you end up going with StudioSuit? How was your experience? We’re looking to go the custom route for the same reasons you are! However, we’re only looking for a vest.
