What about mini jars of honey with a personalized label?

You can take the little honey jars above, wrap with yellow tulle material, and attach a pretty tie.  Go to Michaels crafts and purchase little bees in the floral area, hot glue a little clip on back and attache to the tie on the tulle material.  would be cute!

Coconut macaroons are easy to make into mounded shapes. And if you bake them til they’re pretty brown they’ll look rather like a beehive.

Of course you don’t have to dip them in chocolate. And I know you said PB is you FI’s fav, but a lot of people have allergies these days…

You could also do chocolate merigue cookies. Those hold their shapes so well!

You could also combine the honey favors with cookies made with honey.
