I think you’ll be OK, especially if this is very common in your area. I think your invitations are very pretty! I love the small cap font. I had that on mine, too! 🙂

@MissKit:  Have you looked into VistaPrint? I would see if I could have a less expensive choice since the rest of the invitation sounds very formal…that or make it a little less formal. I bought paper on Etsy and designed my own. I have been an event planner for years.

Well, if you have the room, you could try to include it. I wasn’t sure if you would given the other essential information.

Yes, I do think someone with a serious food allergy whose concerns are not met by the very generous number of meal options you are offering likely will either eat before he or she arrives or will note that in his or her response.

We did not mention anything at all about meals on our response cards.  However, we did list our menu on our wedding website and asked guests who were allergic to shellfish, could not eat beef, required a vegetarian entree, or had food allergies to contact us via e-mail.
