As of right now my invites are worded in the traditional way. It has my parents names request the guest presence at their daughter’s marriage and so on. Here’s my concern: I no longer live at my parents house and haven’t in quite some time (I’m 33). In fact they live in another state. So, do I put their name and address on the back of the envelope since technically they are the ones inviting the guest according to the invitation? I was already planning on having the RSVP’s come back to me so if I change the address on the back of the envelope do I also need to change the return address on the RSVP cards to theirs??
I may just change the wording on the invites to say “Your presence is requested at the marriage of…..”
Good thing I haven’t submitted the order yet.
