Do you know anything about the ring? Estimated age, country where it was made, etc? It’s easier to find info if you know you’re looking for a jeweler from England in the 1950s/1960s vs just looking at a mark.

Usually, a jeweler that specializes in antique/vintage pieces can give you a rough estimate of age. I found a couple of options, both out of the US (not sure where you are) that might be worth looking into.

PJ Cummings & Co. – 1900s, Attleboro,MA

Providence Jewelry Company – 1930s, maker was Abraham Lisker (high end costume jewelry mostly)

Thing is, without knowing what decade range you’re in, it’s hard to narrow down the list. Those 2 were off a quick Google search, I’m sure there are hundreds.
